The Royal Bath and West Show

Somerset Food gave 10 lucky readers the chance to win a family ticket (2 adults and up to 4 children under 16 years) to the Royal Bath and West Show at Shepton Mallet, Somerset, a brilliant day out for food lovers looking to taste the best of the West.

From the National Cheese Awards with a staggering array of some of the UK’s best cheeses, the UK’s biggest cider competition and the vast food halls brimming with the finest local produce, there really was something for every member of the family.

One lucky winner was Irena, from Downend in Bristol, who "shouted with happiness" when she heard she'd won!

She said she had a great day out, as these pictures of her kids 'loving the cheese' and 'pedalling their way to 5 a day' show.
